  1. Appointments & Cancellations
  • Scheduling: You may request a service online, by phone, or through our contact form. Appointment times are estimated and may vary due to travel time or prior emergencies.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.
  1. Estimates & Payments
  • Estimates are provided based on the information given and may change after on-site diagnostics.
  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments, cover parts, or hold service windows.
  • Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, or other forms as listed on our Contracts & Payments page.

Failure to pay on time may result in additional charges or legal action to recover balances.

  1. Emergency Roadside Assistance

While we strive to respond quickly, response times may vary depending on location, traffic, and technician availability. We do not guarantee arrival within a specific time frame.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issue
  • Ensure safe access to your RV, trailer, or fleet vehicle
  • Follow all technician instructions on-site
  • Maintain up-to-date contact information

We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist (e.g., weather, pets, hazardous environment).
