Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RVRepairBoss.com, our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient, and mobile RV services throughout Central Florida. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for service payments, cancellations, deposits, and refunds.

  1. No Refund Policy for Services

Due to the nature of mobile repair services, all payments made for services rendered are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • On-site diagnostics
  • Mobile repairs or replacements
  • Emergency roadside assistance
  • Service call fees or dispatch fees
  • Fleet repair services

Once a technician is dispatched or service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued regardless of outcome, unless required by law.

We take great care to deliver quality service and stand behind our work with a limited warranty (see Terms of Service), but we do not offer refunds for completed services.

  1. Appointment Deposits

Some service requests may require a deposit to reserve a time slot or order parts in advance. These deposits are non-refundable unless:

  • The cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and
  • No parts or special equipment have been ordered on your behalf

If you cancel too late or fail to appear, the deposit will be forfeited.

  1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Please refer to the following cancellation terms:

Standard Service Call ≥ 24 hrs in advance No charge
Standard Service Call < 24 hrs or no-show Subject to full service call fee
Emergency/Roadside Any time after dispatch No cancellation/refund possible

If a technician is already en route or has arrived, the full service fee will still apply.

  1. Parts Orders

If parts are ordered for your vehicle and you cancel before installation, you may still be charged:

  • A restocking fee (if applicable)
  • The full cost of any special-order or non-returnable items

Custom parts cannot be refunded.

  1. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated changes or last-minute rescheduling may incur a service call charge.

  1. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at (407) 562-4100 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of future service eligibility.
